・原則として返品・交換はお受けできません。
All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges.

・カスタムオーダー商品（サイズ直し、刻印、石留め加工を含む）、一点物のルースや天然石は返品・交換不可です。
Custom-made items (including resizing, engraving, and stone setting) as well as unique loose stones and natural gems are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

・商品到着時に破損や初期不良があった場合は、１週間以内にご連絡いただければ無料修理にて対応いたします。
In the event of damage or defects upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide free repair.

・「イメージと違う」「サイズが合わない」等のお客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., “different from the image,” “size does not fit”) are not accepted.
